INSULATING FLANGE JOINT SET

Considering current costs and environmental situation, today it is very important to prevent leaks in your transport system. The flange represents the most common problem area, it needs to be sealed properly to prevent these leaks and must also be cathodically insulated to prevent current losses that cause excessive Corrosion and eventual breakdown of the metal.

Compression resistance: ASTM D 695

Insulating Gasket:Thickness, 3 mm – Dielectric inflexibility, 4000 V/mm - Absorption, H2O 1.3% - Compression resistance, 2100 Kg. /Cm2

Sealant Gasket:asbestos or non-asbestos NBR sheet, without metal mesh, type to use according to pressure, temperature and fluid to be transported.

Arandelas Aislantes:
Fenol formaldehído con tela de refuerzo:Espesor, 3 mm

Dielectric inflexibility, 4000 V/mm –Absorpcion, H2O1.3%

Compression resistance, 2100 Kg/Cm2.
Polyamides (washers integrated with pipes): Dielectric inflexibility, 15,000 V/mm – Absorption, H2O 1.5% -Compression resistance, 2100 Kg./Cm2.

Insulating Tubes:
Phenol formaldehyde with reinforcement fabric:Thickness, 1 mm

Dielectric inflexibility, 2500 V/mm – Absorption, H2O1.3%.
High Density Polyethylene (To be used with washers of phenolic material):Thickness, 1 mm – Dielectric inflexibility, 18,000 V/mm – Absorption, H2O 0.02 %
Polyamides (pipes integrated with washer): Thickness, 1 mm – Dielectric inflexibility, 15,000 V/mm –Absorption,H2O 1.5 %.

Steel Washers: Material, SAE 1010 – Minimum thickness, 3.17 mm
